Philip Lansdale Berton, Age:87

Philip Lansdale Berton, age 87, long-time resident of Bensenville, passed away February 9, 2015. Veteran of Army Signal Corps during the occupation after WWII. Beloved husband of the late Anna nee Neumann; loving father of the late Philip Lansdale III, Gerald Richard (Lilia) and Roger Joseph (Joanne); cherished grandfather of Krystle Ann and Anthea Jazmine. A visitation will be held Saturday, February 14th, from 2:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 5:00 pm, at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Hwy. (one block north of Devon), Chicago. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to USO, www.uso.org/donate, or VFW, www.vfw.org/contribute.
