I knew Woody through friends from Western Il University, he was such a kind and funny guy. He made everyone feel welcome. He liked to plan outings and events for all his friends. I once went to a gathering in Burbank, coming from the north side I had no idea of how to get to the southern suburbs. And it was the first time at that bar that I realized a distinct rivalry between the north and south sides, as I overheard a conversation in the washroom of some girls calling north sider woman bitches! (lol) Woody was loved by everyone who met him, he has a special place in my heart. I may not have been able to see him much through out the years but thought of him often and always with admiration and love. Woody you were loved by so many and you will be greatly missed. I regret I was unable to attend Jones Galena party, as I would have been able to have seen him there. Plan some cool events up in Heaven buddy, you will be as busy up there as you were on earth. Hugs and love to our dear friend Woody. Forever loved.

I have many memories of Pat during the short time in our lives that we were friends. The one thing I always new was that if Pat was at a function or organized it, you new a good time was at hand. He was the ultimate organizer always a people person. Anything from a 4 AM pick up hockey game to one of the New Year’s extravaganzas we always enjoyed during the mid 70’s. Rest in peace my friend you will surely be missed .

I was so very sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I'm sure that you are hearing from so many people whose lives he touched. I think somewhere in my mind I expected our paths would cross sometime, and I would be able to thank him for his special friendship. I would have told him that he impacted my life in so many ways. He carried his happiness within himself, and never expected it to depend on others. He was always kind, and caring. I remember he called me one night asking me to make him a promise. I agreed without hearing what it was- he then proceeded to make me promise never to see the movie "The Exorcist". I have kept that promise to this day, because if you knew and loved Pat you would never go back on a promise to him! I loved sharing music and laughter with him, He truly loved to laugh and always had a smile in his eyes. He was also organizing everyone back then. He organized us to dress as elves with Santa to surprise kids on Christmas Eve. I have so many wonderful memories of Pat, and that is something that I carry in my heart always. I hope that I did not overstep in sharing in some of these memories, but sadly I will not be able to be there to share with you. I have shared many tears and memories of Pat with my family already, as I know so many of his friends all over the country are doing. Hold each other hard. With Love, Patti
