Niece Enter your city ,

RIP Uncle Dave. You were always full of wit, a funny joke and had a heart of goodness. I appreciated the calls and conversations when life events poised some challenges. Especially, the much needed conversation the night of Ashley’s accident, so many years ago. You lived life your own way, definitely not conforming, which I respected. I admired your intelligence and how proud you always were of your “Petunia”..You were one of a kind, for sure!! When you and my dad would get together, there were always plenty of laughs, I am chuckling as I write this now, how “please pass the rolls”- reverted you both back to child play, resulting in throwing rolls across the table. ❤️

Farewell Uncle Dave, Though we lived far apart and our visits were few and far between I always had fond memories of our visits. You always had something new and cool to show me when I was young. My mother (Sandra) gives you the credit for instilling her passion for the outdoors, that she still has to this day. She told me how the two of you would go out fishing together and how you loved being out in nature. My condolences go out to Sara and her family, I know that you will be missed.
