Thomas Martin Spiewak, age 76, died peacefully on January 21, 2023; Proud U.S.P.S. Distribution Clerk for over 30 years; Devoted husband of Rosemary Ann (nee Jones); Loving father of Nancy Spiewak Jordan and Kimberly Spiewak Patino; Fond brother of Robert (Bob) John Spiewak; Proud father-in-law of Justin Michael Jordan; Dear brother-in-law of Michelle Ernestine Jones, Selvin Conrad Wells, Carol Lynn Abney-Moody, and Deborah Lynn (nee Nottoli) Spiewak; Dear uncle of Gina Lynn Spiewak, Michelle Lynn Spiewak and Gerald Vance Woodall, Jr.; Cherished grandfather of Sofia Lily Patino and Adam Emerson Patino; Great Uncle of Gerald Vance Woodall, III, Lena Astrid Wells, and Simon Axel Wells. He is preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Julia (nee Kopec) Spiewak.

Thomas was born on January 31,1946, in Chicago, IL to Martin and Julia (nee Kopec) Spiewak. He was united in marriage to Rosemary Ann (nee Jones) on September 22, 1979.  He was retired and enjoyed family, watching the Chicago Cubs, playing pinball, bingo, music, and movies. 

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (visitation from 9:00-10:00am) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 4640 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago, Illinois with a funeral luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
