Michael H. Maddex, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 2, 2021. Beloved husband of Sheree Maddex. Loving father of Michael Joseph (Vincenza) Maddex. Proud grandfather of Michael Giovanni and Giulia Rose. Cherished son of the late Harold and Genevieve Maddex. Loving son -in-law of Michael (late Judith) Haskett. Dear brother of Thomas and the late Mary Pat and Barbara. Dear brother-in-law of Terry(Thomas) Lorek. Fond uncle of Thomas, Meghan, Emily, Jack and the late Megan.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Olson Burke Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, Il, 60631, from the hours of 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Family and friends will gather on Monday, June 7, 2021, at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 7958 W. Foster Ave., Chicago, IL, 60656, for the Funeral Mass held at 10:00 am. Interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421
