Theresia Schmid, 87, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on July 25, 2021.
Theresia was born in Sombor, Yugoslavia on March 25,1934 to late parents Josef and Anna. She was preceded in death by her husband Franz. She is survived by her sister Dorothea, her four children, Erwin (Ellen), Heidi (Monty), Helmut (Melanie), and Frank (Rachael), and her five grandchildren, Sabina, Josef, Braden, Kristofer and Maxwell.
Theresia was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed her social life and was a good friend to many. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and anyone who knew her.
A Celebration of Theresia's Life is being planned for a later date.
