Gertrude A. Olson, age 104, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2014. Loving with to the late Carl; caring mother to Catherine (Tom) Sweeney and the late Robert (late Theresa); fond grandmother of Barbara (Phil) Lindgren, R. Scott (Sue), David (Alice), John (Jill), Josh (Barbara), and Carla; great-grandmother to Sarah, Sam, Andrew, Zach, Riley, Jack, Alexa, Luke, Chris, Carl, Daniel, Sadie, Megan, and Matt; great-great-grandmother to Holli and Shane. Gertrude will be remembered fondly by those whose lives she touched. A visitation will be held Monday, Feb. 24 from 9-11am at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral & Cremation Center, 6467-77 N. Northwest Hwy. (one block north of Devon), Chicago. Burial at Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Robert C.
