Ernst Schuetz, Age:88

Ernst Schuetz, age 88, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2022. Ernst is missed by his beloved wife, Barbara, of 47 years, and family and friends in the United States & Germany; Ernst was a Diplom-Ubersetzer graduate of University of Heidelberg, Germany; he lived and taught in Toledo, Spain & Mexico, and emigrated to the United States to live in Chicago, and work as a professional translator at the Chicago German Consulate. Donations can be made to Chicago German Kolping Society.

I am sorry for you loss. He coached Danny and I in baseball back when we were much younger. I still think about him and coach O’Malley when I coach my own kids. He really built up my confidence at a time when it was very low. I hope this brings you some comfort. Tim
