He shared his birthday with my Mom & while she was still alive would call her & they would sing Happy Birthday together. I will miss him so much. My thoughts & prayers are to the family & all the friends of this marvelous man. Fly high with the angels.

Joe lefts us in this world way too soon. So sad. I will miss our conversations about the Bears and the Blackhawks, but mostly I will miss his unfailing positivity. He always had a smile, and his upbeat persona brought joy to my heart every time we spoke. I honestly never heard him speak a discouraging word. I will miss him very much.

I will really miss Joe's and my fun conversations. He was a wonderful friend whom I've know since childhood. Our moms were great friends and he & I wanted to keep up with each other thru the years after they passed away. He had a love for Tigger & would send me cards with tigger’s character on them. I loved his ‘Tiggeriffic’ attitude thru life and his health issues. He will always be in my heart.
