Zbigniew Jean Chciuk. Beloved husband of Jadwiga nee Kowalewska. Loving father of Richard. Devoted son of the late Stanislaw and Jadwiga Chciuk. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews here and in Canada. Visitation Tuesday, October 23rd from 4:00 pm to 8:00pm at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center 6471 N. Northwest Hwy. Chicago. Funeral Wednesday, October 24th 10:00 am from the funeral home to St. Thecla Church 6725 W. Devon Ave. Chicago for Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial donations to Agrace Hospice 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Madison, WI 53711 would be appreciated.
