William "Bill" Gutrich, of Chicago, IL, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 at his home after a short fight against cancer. Bill was born in the Beverly neighborhood on the southside of Chicago on December 19, 1949 to parents Michael and Kathryn Gutrich. Bill is the beloved partner/husband of Kevin Meek; loving father of Mary Kay, Kris (Jody), and Kory (Rae Ellen); cherished grandfather of Wesley, Kyler, Lukas, Ryder, and Kathryn; dear brother of Tom (Peggy), Mary Kay (Bill) Brown, Ken (Jeanne), Janet (Jan Dee), the late Michael (Rita), the late Richard (Nancy), the late baby Susanne and in-laws Maureen (John) Zawsza and Jack (Liz) Meek; treasured uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 3-9 pm at Christ the King Church, 9235 S. Hamilton Ave, Chicago IL where family and friends will gather for Funeral Mass Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials to family would be appreciated. Info 773-774-3333
