Juan B. Rosa, age 76, passed away May 15, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Dolores nee Reynoso; loving father of John (Patricia) Rosa and Elizabeth (William) Venhuizen; cherished grandfather of Melissa Rosa, Marlie Neil and Megan Taylor; great-grandfather of Maddie and Maeve.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 20th, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with a funeral service at 7:00 pm, at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Highway in Chicago. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rainbow Hospice, www.rainbowhospice.org. Info 773-774-3333.
