(nee Murphy); loving father of the late Thomas J., William E., Joanne M., and James M.(Cindy); proud papa of seven; great-grandpa of one; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 3:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, IL 60631.
