Charles A. Bond, 70, of Reno, NV, formerly of Chicago, passed away September 11, 2015. Retired CPD. Loving father of Thomas and Laura (Steven) Kamowich; cherished grandfather of John Kamowich, Nicole (Anthony) Pignato and Charles Kamowich; adored great-grandfather of Kailey and Austin Pignato. A memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, September 30th, from 12 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2 pm, at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Hwy. (one block north of Devon), Chicago. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, www.cpdmemorial.org.
