Dorothy H. Weber nee Dassow, age 92, long-time resident of Chicago, most recently of Arlington Heights, passed away August 28, 2015. Dorothy was a member and former officer of the Loyal Order of Moose. She was an avid square dancer and loved to travel. She was also active in coordinating community events at Shady Lane Village in Clearwater, Florida, while living there. Beloved wife of the late Walter “Jake” Weber; loving mother of the late Richard Mohr, Linda Allanson nee Mohr, and Robert Mohr; cherished grandmother of Brenda (Ray) Smotherman, Richard Mohr and Eileen O’Donnell; great-grandmother of Randy; dear sister of the late Esther Auld, the late Ruth Dassow, the late Mildred Dassow and the late Richard Dassow. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, September 12th, from 12:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm, at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.
