Patrick Michael Gavin, age 38, passed away March 13, 2015. Loving son of John “Jack” retired CPD and Karen nee Zvanut; beloved husband of Chika nee Nomura; adored father of Mina; dear brother of Tracy (Josh) Monroe and Daniel (Erin); cherished uncle of Katie and Joe; friend of many worldwide. A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 17th, from 3 until 9 pm at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral and Cremation Center, 6471 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago. A funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, March 18th, at 10:00 am, at St. Juliana, 7200 N. Osceola Ave., Chicago. Interment private.
