John `Jack` Weldon

John "Jack" Weldon, age 64 of Chicago, U.S. Army Veteran, Vietnam Era. Beloved brother of Patricia (Thomas) Ferguson, Kathy (the late Robert) Mooney, and Warren (Pauline) Weldon; dear uncle of Melissa Ferguson, Thomas Ferguson, Lisa Weldon, Laurie Weldon, and Jill (Jen) Molitor.

Deepest gratitude to the devoted and wonderful members of Jack's hospice "family" at Hines VA Hospital, bldg 217 Serenity Place. A private service is planned for family. For more information, please call 773-774-3333.
