George Gordon Tilton, 78, of Middletown, CA and formerly of St. Helena, CA passed away suddenly on March 23, 2012. He was the loving father of Sherrin (Brian) Jones, Edward (Joy), Susan Jimenez and the late David; grandfather of 13 and great-grandfather of 10; dear brother of the late Gloria (Albert) Hall, late Austin and late Edward Tilton; uncle of Cheryl (Harold) Burgess, Lorrie Britt, Terry Hall, Eileen (John) Schultz, Cindy Schirmer, Laura (Dan) Yerk and Jami Tilton and great-uncle to many. George will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family. He was born November 8, 1933 in Chicago, IL A Memorial Service and Celebration of His Life will be on Saturday, April 21, at 11:00 a.m. at Middletown Community United Methodist Church, Interment Private.
