Thomas Joseph Phelan, 68, of Woodstock, Il., passed away peacefully July 19, 2012. Devoted son of the late Francis and the late Katherine (nee Mahoney); proud and loving brother of Kathleen and the late James (Rita); loving uncle of Richard, Janice, Joan, Michael, Richard Jr. and Emily all of Fla. Proud graduate of Marian Central Catholic High School and Loyola University. Visitation Monday 8:30 a.m. until the time of Mass 10 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer, 1530 Jackson, River Forest (corner of Lathrop and North Ave.) Interment Queen of Heaven.
